It's a spell that allows Yuusei to enchant small mechanical constructs he builds with his blood as a sort of fuel. These constructs can't be anything that would have a volume larger than a cubic foot. Through this enchantment, he can give them single-statement commands to carry out, but they can't obey more than one at a time, and these statements can't be very complicated. (He could, for example, tell it to move in a specific direction for a certain distance - "move 5 feet right" - but he couldn't tell it to navigate a maze, or even to hug the right wall of a maze.)
After completing a command, the construct would stay wherever it's ended up.
The construct can't think on its own. It can't understand concepts like the well-being of itself or others, so it can't attack or defend. That said, it does have to be able to "hear" Yuusei in order to accept commands.
The amount of blood that Yuusei would need to use is proportional to the size of the construct, about a pint for a creature that's a full cubic foot in volume. It's probably applied directly onto the construct and absorbed into the metal for the sake of the spell.
Since I've never applied for any rewards before, something I wasn't sure on was who all these constructs could take orders from. I figure these constructs would be bound to Yuusei since he's using his actual blood as a component, but I wasn't sure if allowing him to declare one or two other people to listen to would still qualify as a simple spell.
