As the use of it becomes more natural to him and he adjusts to the use of angelic powers again, in the future he'll probably be able to do more thorough invisibility (via complex spell upgrade), but for now this is it.
Since it's so easy at a basic level, he'd also like to leap right into learning...

This will rely mostly on physical injures (ex. a gash that would need stitches) and some illnesses. It won't be able to do much (on its own) for magical injuries like Manticore poison or fatal illnesses. Fever? Doable. Cancer? Unfortunately not.
Due to the angelic origin, it won't react well to demonic entities or Tyki, although that might mean it can do something against demonic afflictions on an otherwise normal person.
Joker will learn this from the Ringmaster, and will try to practice this on his own by talking to other people who have an idea on this. (OOCly I'll try to mention him doing this or thread it out every stop or so, if able.)
If this is all acceptable, let me know! I'm flexible to change.
