They are also soldiers so maybe not "innocent" but they are standing between Felix and killing everyone on the planet so probably she wouldn't be down with that?

Granted the time travel would still be used to go kill one of them before he can Thwart Felix's Plans, so I'm not sure if that would be more amenable since she wouldn't be *directly* responsible.
